Return,Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bratma Crafts! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:


Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Sale items, custom-made or personalized items, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return:

  • Initiate the Return:

  • Email our customer service team at bratmacrafts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending back your item.

  • Package the Item:

  • Place the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
    •
  • Include the return authorization number in the package.

  • Ship the Item:
    •
  • Upon receiving your return request, our delivery agent will leave to pick up the item from you. 
    •
  • We will be sharing the OTP with you via email, messages and WhatsApp, please share it with the delivery agent and give the item to the delivery agent.

    Return Shipping:

    If you do not like what you purchased, simply return it to us. No questions asked but only 1 question, please be genuine and true while returning. 


    Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.


    Exchanges:

    You can exchange your items with a different size, color or design. If the product you choose after exchanging is of a lower value then the difference will be credited as Bratma Coins and if you have chosen a costlier item then you can pay to us via Bratma Coins or other payment mode like UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Cash.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a photo of the item and your order number.

    We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
